Our patented biodigesters are inspired by the digestive system of ruminants. They chain up to four metabolic phases and allow for the bioturbation in the transition between two successive phases. We design our biodigesters to interact with our composting stations : The digestates (a by-product of the biodigestion) enrich the compost process which returns carbonaceous compounds and energy to the anaerobic digestion process.
The BioRgas™ line of Biodigesters comprise compact, versatile and modular equipment, constructed according to the international (ISO) standards of 10’, 20’ and 40’ maritime containers.
The modular (piston type) BioRgas™ line of Biodigesters allows continuous feed (plugflow) and present the advantage of reduced footprint, high biogenic ratios and are costs attractive. The range is available in three versions: compact, flat, tower.
Imitating deep forest soils, our composters use accumulated layers in a confined volume where they evolve through three successive and simultaneous levels of biological intensity.
Our range of Orga-R™ composters is built on bioreactor principles based on the coupling of the vessels which are equipped with automated forced ventilation systems and humidity controllers. This allows for a very quick and efficient bio-oxidation.
